A well-rested skilled worker performs better on the construction site. That is why we provide decent accommodation close to the site. Keeping commuting distances short, we save money and leave skilled workers more time to themselves. And it is better for them personally and for the environment. We accommodate our people only in SNF-approved homes. This means that everybody will be housed in a neat home with enough space to live decently and bedroom of their own. The houses are regularly inspected and brought up to date where necessary.

For any skilled worker coming from far away, we arrange neat accommodation, approved by the Flexible Living Standards Foundation SNF, near the construction site. They are all given a bedroom of their own in a home we would want to live in ourselves Our skilled workers are equipped with professionally tested tools. Nationalities and spoken languages are clearly visible on work clothes, and documents needed for working on construction sites we translate without fuss.

Education and training
Each team has access to its own range of approved Makita cordless tools. Naturally they are equipped with the appropriate certificates and fully fit for the job. We train our people and encourage them to develop further. We provide personal assistance and comfortable accommodation, as much as possible in a family setting. This is how we make foreign employees feel at home at Aelbers and in the Netherlands. We are also developing initiatives to raise safety awareness. We like to do this together with you. After all, safety is important to all of us and only together can we make a difference.
Aftercare
Our remuneration is digitally organised. Submitted hours can be approved by the site manager. Our finance department takes care of paying every employee on time. Because of this punctuality, skilled workers like to work for us. Thus, you can come to us for maintenance even after completion of the construction project. Do you need a renovation carpenter or service technicians? We plan, organise and take responsibility. Aelbers means Always Extra Professional
