Did you know that Aelbers was the first employment agency in the Netherlands to be awarded step 2 and 3 in the safety culture ladder? This makes Aelbers the first seconding organisation in the Netherlands with the official certificate for the second consecutive time.
Aelbers invests in safety. We only work with skilled workers holding a valid generic site safety instructions GPI and safety, health and environment checklist contractors SCC (VCA) certificate. Toolbox meetings, education and training courses are provided in the home language. When they enter, each employee receives a set of customised personal protective equipment. Periodic safety rounds are the standard rather than the exception. Every foreman is an emergency response officer and is closely involved in the safety culture on the construction site.

Safety is more than just working safely. Free communication is also part of it. We encourage our skilled workers to point out any potentially unsafe situations. We solve the situation together with you. One of the vital links in this trajectory is the Aelbers coach. S/he is a foreman with the additional role of a coach. The Aelbers coach speaks the skilled workers' language, knows construction like no other and communicates directly between the field and the office. Aelbers facilitates Dutch language training for all Aelbers coaches. Meanwhile, they all speak English.

The Aelbers coach speaks the skilled workers' language, knows construction like no other and communicates directly between the field and the office. Aelbers facilitates Dutch language training for all Aelbers coaches. Meanwhile, they all speak English.
Workmanship is scarce
As a committed construction chain partner, Aelbers makes an effort with regard to safety culture so as to protect and be able to continue to guarantee good workmanship. Safety is never debatable with us. We are the first employment agency to be awarded step 2 of the safety culture ladder. Of course, our ambition does not end here. We are committed to delivering every production as austere, fast and beautiful as possible without compromising on safety.
Personal protective equipment
Our skilled workers arrive on the construction site equipped with professional personal protective equipment. They receive the clothing during introduction. Throughout the year, new work clothes can be ordered through our clothing lists. They can be completed online and are then delivered to their destination by our site coordinators. This ensures that the equipment arrives at the right place and the staff do not have to worry about it. Our work clothes are orange, with a logo and RWS reflective stripes. Our helmets feature the nationality and language spoken. We supply tested tools, so we are certain that our skilled workers can get started with suitable tools.
