Aelbers Coaches

At Aelbers we make safety a priority. We believe that working safely is more than just carrying out the work safely. Safety is also daring to communicate freely and thus being able to prevent situations on the construction site and in the home. One of the links in this process is the Aelbers coach. This is an experienced foreman with an additional role as coach. He knows the construction industry and the various cultures like no other. The Aelbers coach communicates directly between the construction site and the office. To promote this, we facilitate Dutch language training. At the same time, every foreman speaks English.
