Safety is our priority
Did you know that Aelbers was the first secondment company in the Netherlands to achieve Safety Culture Ladder (formerly Safety Ladder) levels 2 & 3? This makes Aelbers, for the second time in a row, the first secondment company in the Netherlands to hold the official certificate.
We work exclusively with skilled workers who hold valid GPI and VCA certificates. In addition, we provide toolbox meetings, training programs, on-site saw training, and courses in the native language of our professionals. Every worker also receives a set of personal protective equipment and custom-fit workwear.
We also invest in safety on the construction site itself. Regular safety inspections are carried out, and every foreman is a certified emergency response officer (BHV).

A well-equipped skilled worker performs better on the construction site. That is why we provide decent housing close to the work location. By keeping travel distances short, we save money and give skilled workers more time for themselves. Better for the person and for the environment. We only accommodate our people in SNF-approved housing. This means that everyone is housed in a clean home, has enough space to live comfortably and has their own bedroom. The houses are regularly inspected and updated when necessary.
