Comfortably close to the project

A well-rested skilled worker performs better on the construction site. That is why we provide decent accommodation close to the site. We house you only in homes approved by the Flexible Living Standards Foundation SNF. This means that you will be housed in a tidy home with enough space to live decently and bedroom of your own. The houses are regularly inspected and brought up to date where necessary.

SNF-labelled housing

Living in an Aelbers home means living in an SNF-labelled house. The SNF label means that our housing sites meet the standards set by municipalities, housing associations, clients, employees and local residents. This label makes sure that the quality of accommodation and safety is guaranteed.

Recieving information about accommodation

After your registration, we would prefer to welcome you in person at our office in Doetinchem. During this visit, we will guide you through an introduction program at Aelbers. At the office, you will receive all the information regarding housing and how the process works.

Waste

Every municipality in the Netherlands collects waste differently. The home has instructions on how to separate waste and the moment each type of waste is collected. If anything is unclear, or any information is missing, please contact the office at [email protected].

Keys

New projects: You will receive address and key information along with project details.

Moving or returning from vacation: Housing will send you an email with address and key information.

On vacation: Always leave your key in the safe or at the agreed location.

Complaints

Something may break down in the house, or you may have complaints about the accommodation. Don't hesitate to contact us. You can send an e-mail to: [email protected] or call the Housing department. We will then get to work for you as soon as we can to remedy the complaints!
