What are you going to do?

As a concrete carpenter at Aelbers, you are indispensable on our customers' projects. You carry out formwork work for walls and floors, both with traditional and system formwork. You then help pour the concrete. After the concrete has hardened, the work is de-moulded. You work closely with your colleagues and our clients to successfully realise construction projects. Thanks to your craftsmanship and versatility, you contribute to an efficient and safe execution of the work.

Your activities at a glance:

- Making formwork (traditional, PERI or DOKA formwork);

- Reading technical drawings;

- Helping pour the concrete;

- Collaborating with colleagues and clients;

- Working on various projects with varying workplaces;

- Ensuring a safe and clean working environment.

You are...

We ask the following of you if you want to start as a concrete carpenter:

- Demonstrable work experience as a (concrete) carpenter;

- A proactive and flexible attitude;

- You have a great sense of responsibility;

- Speaking Dutch, English or German is an advantage;

- You can work independently, but also in a team;

- Driving license with car is a plus;

- A VCA certificate is an advantage. (Don’t have one yet? We will arrange it together).

When you start as a concrete carpenter at Aelbers, we offer you excellent employment conditions. For example, you will receive:

- A salary between €890 and €1.040 gross salary per week based on knowledge and experience. Your salary is paid weekly;

- Good housing with your own bedroom;

- Work clothing and Personal Protective Equipment are provided by Aelbers, plus compensation for footwear and hand tools;
