What are you going to do?

As a foreman in construction, you are the driving force behind the construction team. You coordinate the work, monitor safety and think ahead. In addition to managing colleagues, you also work on the project yourself. Thanks to your insight and craftsmanship, our construction projects are successfully completed.

Your activities at a glance:

- Coordinating and supervising the construction activities and the team on the construction site;

- Ensuring safe and efficient execution;

- Participating in formwork work according to the technical drawings;

- Reading and checking technical drawings and consulting with the client where necessary;

- Managing and training (future) professionals.

You are...

Do you want to start as a foreman at Aelbers? Then we ask the following of you:

- Extensive experience in construction and preferably as a manager;

- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude;

- The ability to think ahead and maintain an overview;

- A passion for construction and working in a team;

- You speak Dutch and/or English or German;

- Driving license with car is a plus;

- You have a VCA certificate (or are willing to obtain one) is a plus.

As a foreman at Aelbers, we offer you excellent employment conditions! You will receive:

- A salary of between €660 and €1000 net per week based on knowledge and experience. Your salary will be paid weekly;
