What are you going to do?

As a foundation worker, you ensure that construction projects are literally and figuratively on a solid foundation. No foundation is the same, which means your work remains varied and challenging. Together with a team of professionals, you will work on various projects throughout the Netherlands.

- Working on various foundation projects throughout the Netherlands;

- Working with a team of specialists on location;

- Operating and supporting specialist foundation machines;

- Checking and preparing materials for foundation work;

- Ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.

You are...

Do you want to start as a foundation worker at Aelbers? Then we ask the following of you:

- Demonstrable work experience as a foundation worker or in construction;

- Spatial insight and a hands-on mentality;

- Independence, but also working in a team;

- You speak Dutch and/or English or German;

- Driving license with car is a plus;

- You have a VCA certificate (or are willing to obtain one) is a plus.

As a foundation worker at Aelbers, we offer excellent employment conditions! You will receive, among other things:

- A salary of between €550 and €700 net per week based on your knowledge and experience. Your salary is paid weekly;

- Good housing with your own bedroom;

- Pension scheme according to the construction collective labor agreement;
